Deli Team Member (Part Time or Full Time - pay from $15.00/hour)

PREFER PREVIOUS DELI EXPERIENCE.

Tom Leonard’s Attitude:

• A reliable, fast paced, energetic Deli team member needed for deli department.
• Great customer service required; will train if no experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and moving throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a refrigerated/cooler environment when needed

Cashier Team Member (pay from $15.00/hour)

Tom Leonard’s Farmers Market is looking for friendly, energetic Cashiers who love people and thrive in a fast-paced, team environment. Part-time positions available - Days/Evenings/Weekends

What you’ll do:

• Accurately scan and weigh items while completing customer transactions efficiently
• Accept and verify all forms of payment including cash, credit/debit, and checks
• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and going above and beyond to “wow” them
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front end area
• Assist other departments with stocking, signage, and general support during slower periods
• Ensure all items are properly accounted for in each transaction
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed
