The Lead Utility team member will be a part of the utility department team. This position requires the ability to lift, push, pull 50+lbs on a continuous basis and the ability to stand and bend over throughout the day for the entirety of the shift. This is a versatile role that requires leading and coaching all departments as needed. This position requires well-rounded basic construction experience in a fast-paced production setting. This position is expected to support daily goals by planning and ensuring all departments to stay on pace to complete up to 4-6 floors per day. This team member will have other duties assigned (per the task stacker) to help their internal and external departments with staff assignments as needed.

This role requires an eye for detail to make the house beautiful for our customers. Prior construction experience in a recent role preferred.

This is role pays $33.00 per hour.
