Job Description Job Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this vital role, you will support daily office operations, manage communications, and assist with administrative tasks that keep our organization running smoothly. Your organizational skills and customer service expertise will help us maintain our reputation for excellence. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the office administrators with daily office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant must be able to perform these tasks: Assists with the daily processes of invoicing, maintenance, and purchase orders using proprietary software. Files and enters documents into the computer system, Answers phones, Meets and Greets & Sign-In clients and visitors with a friendly approach, Data Entry, Other duties as required. Education and Work Experience: High School Diploma+ Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications, especially Excel and Microsoft Word software. High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation. Knowledge of office administration procedures. Ability to operate most standard office equipment. Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials. Establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. Excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills. Excellent telephone and oral communication skills. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve problems promptly. Gather and analyze information skillfully. Develop alternative solutions. Works well in group problem-solving situations.
