The Role

You'll lead the design, execution, and interpretation of the preclinical oncology studies that prove our science works — efficacy and PK/PD studies, dose and regimen strategy, and the tumor models (PDX, CDX, syngeneic, and beyond) that make our translational story credible. You'll own CRO partnerships end to end, turn data into go/no-go recommendations program leadership can act on, and help build the in vivo infrastructure that scales with our pipeline. This role flexes to Principal Investigator or Associate Director based on what you bring.

What You'll Do

• Design and direct in vivo efficacy and PK/PD studies — from dose selection through data interpretation.
• Own CRO relationships: protocol review, study monitoring, troubleshooting, and data quality.
• Partner with DMPK, translational, and clinical teams to turn model data into program strategy.
• Evaluate and onboard new PDX, CDX, and other translationally relevant tumor models.
• Integrate biomarker and translational endpoints into study design.
• Present findings directly to program and executive leadership — your data drives real decisions.
• Build the data systems and standardized workflows that make in vivo pharmacology scale.
• Comfortable as a hands-on individual contributor.

What You Bring

• Ph D. in Pharmacology, Cancer Biology, or related field + 5 years in vivo pharmacology in biotech/pharma (or MS + 8 years, or BS + 10 years).
• A track record of designing and executing in vivo efficacy and PK/PD studies, ideally in oncology or immuno-oncology.
• Direct experience managing outsourced studies at CROs and working with PDX/CDX models.
• Comfort translating complex data into clear, decision-ready recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — you can hold a room of scientists and executives alike.
• We are especially interested in you if you have recent experience working with KRAS-driven cancers and/or MAPK signaling pathway biology.

The salary range for this position is $`170K - $230K. This range represents the good faith estimate at the time of posting and reflects base salary only; it does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Actual salary offered will depend on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, education, and internal pay equity considerations
