What You Bring as a Cleaner You’re someone who sees the details that make a home feel cared for. You Bring: 1+ years of custodial or janitorial experience (apartment or facility cleaning a plus). A high school diploma or GED (preferred) Knowledge of cleaning products, safety procedures, and environmental hazards. Good communication and customer-service skills to interact with residents, visitors, and team members. Time-management skills and the ability to shift tasks as priorities change. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance for scheduled shifts. OSHA or hazardous materials training a plus, we’ll help you build your skills with ongoing safety training. How You’ll Make an Impact As a Cleaner, you’re essential to maintaining the heart of our community. Each day, you’ll: Keep common areas spotless — sweep, mop, vacuum, polish, and disinfect throughout hallways, laundry rooms, restrooms, and community spaces. Maintain curb appeal — help with groundskeeping, trash removal, and light outdoor tasks as assigned. Support the team — assist maintenance staff with apartment clean-outs, light painting, bulb changes, and basic upkeep. Prioritize safety — follow proper storage and handling of cleaning materials and report any maintenance or environmental issues immediately.
