Title: Physical Therapist

Location: Kings Mountain North Carolina

duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: 12hr Day Shift - 48 Shift Information: 0700-1900 Clinical Interviewing- No On Call, Call Back Requirements: None Weekend Rotation- Weekend position Holiday Requirements: Rotating Holidays; KMH and Cleveland Floating Requirements: Float between Cleveland and Kings Mountain as needed

About Facility:

Kings Mountain Acute: 67 bed hospital
Kings Mountain Outpatient (located in Kings Mountain Hospital): PT only
Radius rule: Traveler s permanent address must be 50 miles outside of home unit

General Info:

Minimum Years of Experience required : 1 year
o Will you accept a first-time traveler: Yes

Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
o OP: Ortho, Neuro, Vestibular, Lymphedema, Post-op, General debility, Women s health
o Acute: Post-op, Neuro, General debility, COPD, CHF

Required Licensure & Certifications:
o PT: BLS, State licensure
o OT: BLS, State licensure

Skill Requirements:
o PT: acute care experience preferred
o OT: acute care experience preferred

Technology/Equipment:
o EMR: EPIC

Floating:
o May float between Cleveland and Kings Mountain

Orientation (facility and unit):
o Onboarding to department 4-5 days

Scheduling:
o Weekend rotation: Acute Care contracts: 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks
o Holiday Expectations: All Holidays unless agreed upon RTO for acute care contracts
o RTO: Approved by leader
o Shift times: (5) 8-hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays
