Purchasing Supervisor

Location: Auburn Hills, MI plant. Responsibilities Lead and administrate the Materials Analysis teams for a Site. May lead a group of professional analysts in Purchasing, Inventory Control, Planning and Configuration Management Support. Supervise the data management process. Lead cross‑functional assignments and projects. Work with site management to develop organizational objectives. May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Logistics Management, Business Management, or other related discipline; MBA preferred. At least 3 years of experience in Materials Purchasing in a manufacturing environment. Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of international direct and indirect taxes, global customs regimes and tariffs – a plus. Proven track record of successful change management, implementing continuous productivity and cost reduction programs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email.
