Customer Operations Specialist

Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid or remote, and requires transportation experience. THIS SHIFT IS OVERNIGHT WEDNESDAY-SATURDAY. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CAN NOT WORK 8 PM - 6 AM SHIFTS . The Customer Operations Specialist will manage customer support tasks, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and work to improve the overall customer experience. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating with internal teams, and analyzing customer feedback to drive improvements. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service Transportation experience 1+ years required Proven experience in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional Customer Experience Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating data and improving processes Effective communication, problem-solving capability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency in relevant software and tools; prior experience in logistics or transportation is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Metro Logistics, Inc.
