TrueBridge is a cohesive team of experienced professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative culture.Key ResponsibilitiesSQL & Data Pipeline DevelopmentMaintain and extend the layered SQL architecture in SnowflakeWrite and optimize SQL for staging tables that handle amount cleaning, entity enrichment, and graph resolutionBuild and maintain analytics viewsdbt Modeling & TransformationDevelop and maintain dbt models organized across staging, intermediate, and marts layersManage dbt seeds and snapshots for tracking historical changes to reference dataWrite dbt tests and documentation to ensure data quality and discoverabilityConfigure and maintain dbt profiles for Snowflake connectivity, including schema routingWeb Application Development & MaintenanceFrontend/ Backend: Contribute to web app developmentImplement client-side aggregation logic including IRR calculations, commitment/unfunded computations, and as-of-date filtering across cached data arraysWrite and maintain frontend and backend tests to ensure reliabilityCI/CD & InfrastructureMaintain and improve GitHub Actions workflows for automated testing, Docker image builds, and deployment to Snowpark Container ServicesData Quality & OperationsMonitor data pipeline health, investigate discrepancies in fund performance metrics, and troubleshoot issues across the SQL/dbt/app stackSupport incident response procedures, service rollbacks, and audit log reviewRequired Qualifications1–5 years of professional experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related technical roleUnderstanding of relational data modeling concepts, particularly around hierarchical/graph structuresStrong attention to detail and ability to trace data lineage across layered architecturesProficiency in PythonStrong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries involving multi-table joins, window functions, CTEs, and conditional aggregationFamiliarity with Docker for building and deploying containerized applicationsExperience with Git and GitHub-based workflows: branching, pull requests, code review, and CI/CD via GitHub ActionsPreferred QualificationsExperience with dbt core, xhyhwjd or similar transformation tools for managing SQL transformation pipelines, including models, seeds, snapshots, and testsExperience with Snowpark Container Services or AWS EKs/similar cloud hosting platformsFamiliarity with Snowflake-specific features: Snowpark Container Services, secure views, result caching, OAuth authentication, and role-based access controlWorking knowledge of JavaScript/React. Comfort with JSX, React hooks, and basic D3 visualizationKnowledge of financial metrics and calculations: NAV, IRR, TVPI, DPI, capital contributions, distributions, and unfunded commitmentsFamiliarity with Vite as a frontend build toolEducation, Experience and AttributesBachelor's degreeExperience building or maintaining internal tools and dashboards for business stakeholdersAbility to self-direct and juggle multiple competing tasks and demandsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsAdapts to frequent change with a proactive, professional and assertive attitudeExperience in the financial services or investment management industry, particularly venture capital, private equity, or fund-of-funds
