This role, located near Fremont, NE, runs from August 20th through May 27th and offers 35 hours per week, aligning with the traditional school year.

Your expertise as a Sign Language Interpreter will play a vital role in this student's educational journey, providing direct support and ensuring effective communication in a classroom environment. You will also have the chance to showcase your skills in a demo for virtual interpreting options if interested.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) with strong interpreting skills
• Previous experience as a Sign Language Interpreter in an educational or related setting preferred
• Ability to adapt interpreting style to meet individual student needs
• Familiarity with both in-person and virtual interpreting platforms is an advantage
• Compassion, patience, and excellent communication abilities
