In this role, you will support clients throughout the vacation-planning process by learning their needs, researching suitable options, coordinating requested services, and maintaining clear communication along the way.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, helping people, staying organized, and working independently. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand their destination interests, preferred dates, budgets, travel preferences, and special requests.
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages.
• Help clients compare available options and coordinate selected services through approved supplier resources.
• Keep reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information organized.
• Maintain regular communication through updates, follow-up, routine question support, and assistance with standard changes.
• Keep client records current while continuing to build destination and supplier knowledge.
