Part-Time Leasing Consultant - Isle Cottages

Job Description As a Leasing Consultant at RangeWater, you will execute the property’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. You will perform leasing activities for new residents, maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term, and secure lease renewals. Responsibilities Execute sales and leasing activities in person to achieve revenue and occupancy goals—greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit and background checks, prepare lease documents, ensure smooth move‑ins. Design and execute off‑site marketing activities—resident referrals, employer outreach, internet and social‑media marketing, and special programs. Gather, analyze, and interpret market trends, recommend improvements, stay informed of industry changes and leasing tools. Enforce lease agreements—conduct inspections, manage evictions, collections, and notifications. Follow‑up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction, manage lease renewal programs and document sign‑ups. Maintain property safety, cleanliness, and appearance—report mechanical issues and injuries, ensure show units meet company standards. Resolve resident complaints and issues promptly. Develop and maintain short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, manage concessions and specials to sustain occupancy. Perform other duties as assigned. Work Hours and Environment Schedule of 40 hours per week. Typical site hours: Monday‑Friday 9 am–6 pm; Saturday 10 am–5 pm; Sunday 1 pm–5 pm. Must be available for weekend work when scheduled. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service. Advanced communication, presentation, and delivery skills to connect with all levels. Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database tools; strong property‑management software skills (preferably Entrata Yardi or One Site). Valid driver’s license. Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs independently and 50 lbs with assistance; ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, squat, and sit for keyboard work.
