Physical Therapy Assistant

Compass Health is seeking compassionate and professional licensed Physical Therapy Assistants for our facilities in San Luis Obispo County.

Under the direction of the Physical Therapist, the Physical Therapy Assistant will provide and document treatment to the residents while adhering to facility policy and procedure. The ideal candidate will have prior long term care and geriatric care experience.

Positions available in our Templeton, Morro Bay and San Luis Obispo facilities.

Position Requirements:

• Licensure: Current, active license to practice Physical Therapy in the State of California (Required).
• Physical Standards: Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and comfortably navigate standard clinical demands.
• Backgrounds: Experience in skilled nursing (SNF) or geriatric rehab is highly preferred, but passionate new graduates or setting-transitioners are welcome!
• Clearances: Ability to successfully pass standard background, physical, and TB checks.
