Project Manager Lead Are you looking for a role that combines your technical skills with strategic thinking to make an impact in national defense? As a Project Manager on our team you will shape system development across defense, civilian, and space domains, supporting advanced system design, test, and evaluation. Responsibilities Translate real‑world needs into technical solutions that deliver a customer‑focused engineering solution. Design, develop, and evolve system solutions using advanced technology, merging multiple technical disciplines. Manage stakeholders, risk, and contractual relationships in an Agile or SAFe environment. Qualifications 5+ years managing hard‑ware or software development projects in an Agile or SAFe environment. 3+ years experience using digital engineering tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Cameo Systems Modeler, MS Project, IBM DOORS, Jama Connect). Experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Release Train Engineer. Experience in risk management and stakeholder or contract/client management. Experience with innovation and disruptive thinking. TS/SCI clearance. Bachelor’s degree. Nice to Have Experience with requirements and architecture development across the systems development lifecycle. Experience performing analysis studies in a modeling and simulation environment and supporting systems engineering activities. Experience with AI, cyber, or autonomy systems. Experience with programming. Experience with modeling languages such as UML. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Master’s degree. PMP Certification. SysML OMG Certified Systems Modelling Professional (OCSMP) Certification. INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification, including CSEP or ASEP Certification. Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance is required. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 annualized USD, subject to location, qualifications, and organizational needs. The posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date. Awards employees for performance. Full‑time and part‑time employees working at least 20 hours per week are eligible for Booz Allen’s benefit programs, including health, life, disability, financial and retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care. Work Model Remote – the position may require occasional in‑person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility. Hybrid – expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently and may also work from or visit a customer facility. Onsite – work performed primarily at a Booz Allen office or customer facility.
