As a Project Manager on our team you will shape system development across defense, civilian, and space domains, supporting advanced system design, test, and evaluation. Responsibilities Translate real‑world needs into technical solutions that deliver a customer‑focused engineering solution. Design, develop, and evolve system solutions using advanced technology, merging multiple technical disciplines. Manage stakeholders, risk, and contractual relationships in an Agile or SAFe environment. Qualifications 5+ years managing hard‑ware or software development projects in an Agile or SAFe environment. 3+ years experience using digital engineering tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Cameo Systems Modeler, MS Project, IBM DOORS, Jama Connect). Experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Release Train Engineer. Experience in risk management and stakeholder or contract/client management. Experience with innovation and disruptive thinking. TS/SCI clearance. Bachelor’s degree. Nice to Have Experience with requirements and architecture development across the systems development lifecycle. Experience performing analysis studies in a modeling and simulation environment and supporting systems engineering activities. Experience with AI, cyber, or autonomy systems. Experience with programming. Experience with modeling languages such as UML. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Master’s degree. PMP Certification. SysML OMG Certified Systems Modelling Professional (OCSMP) Certification. INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification, including CSEP or ASEP Certification. Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance is required. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 annualized USD, subject to location, qualifications, and organizational needs.
