Parts Associate

Miles Chevrolet in Decatur, IL is seeking an experienced Parts Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in parts counter operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the efficient running of our parts department.
Responsibilities

• Assist customers and service technicians in locating and purchasing automotive parts and accessories.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage parts orders and returns.
• Ensure parts counter area is organized, clean, and well-stocked.
• Provide knowledgeable advice on parts compatibility and usage.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of parts and support vehicle repairs.

• Previous experience as a Parts Counter Associate or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to use inventory management software and maintain detailed records.
