Data Entry/Specimen Proccessor (3rd Shift)

Labcorp seeks a lab assistant for third-shift specimen processing in Seattle. The role involves receiving, preparing, and scanning clinical specimens while maintaining equipment and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

Receive, sort, and prepare clinical laboratory specimens for testing
Perform data entry and scanning of specimen and patient information
Ensure lab equipment functions properly and perform routine maintenance
Maintain clean and safe work environment; complete administrative records
Troubleshoot specimen-related issues and replenish supplies as needed

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
Ability to accurately identify and handle biological specimens
High attention to detail with multitasking capability
Pass standardized color blindness test
Comfortable working in fast-paced production environment

Compensation: $21.30 - $31.71 per hour
