The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate at Marshalls in Wilmington, NC. You will execute receiving and merchandising tasks, assist customers, and help keep the store organized while promoting a positive shopping experience. You will train team members, maintain accurate tagging and backroom organization, and support store operations with a focus on safety and efficiency.
