Scientific Molding Process Specialist

Join a high-volume molding team where your process instincts matter At our large-scale injection molding operation, we have multiple opportunities for skilled professionals who live and breathe process control. You’ll be the go‑to problem‑solver on the floor—diagnosing variation, stabilizing cycles, and keeping production humming using Scientific Molding principles. A day in the life You arrive to review the overnight data, walk the presses, and zero in on any cavities or cells showing drift. You fine‑tune parameters guided by Scientific Molding, validate results at the machine, and coach operators through the why behind each adjustment. When an unexpected issue pops up, you dive into hands‑on troubleshooting—verifying material, mold, and machine interactions to get the process back on track quickly and safely. What you bring Hands‑on troubleshooting experience with the injection molding process Solid command of Scientific Molding methods RJG II training preferred Schedule and openings Multiple positions available All shifts offered, with a preference for 2nd and 3rd shift talent If you’re motivated by stable, repeatable process outcomes and rapid, practical problem‑solving, we’d like to meet you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
