Associate Sales Representative - Dallas-Fort Worth / Injury/Infection Prevention

Stryker seeks an Associate Sales Representative to promote Sage Products to hospital clinicians and nursing staff in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The role involves product training, customer relationship development, hospital implementation support, and trade show participation with 60% travel.
Responsibilities
- Promote Sage Products to nurses, clinicians, and hospital staff with tailored messaging
- Conduct product training and provide consultation on product selection and functionality
- Support hospital implementation, training, and customer adoption post-sale
- Assist with trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings
- Maintain compliance with facility protocols and OSHA guidelines during product evaluation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-2 years professional experience
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication abilities
- Ability to manage physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds
Compensation: $65,000 base plus commission and bonuses, plus benefits
