The work requires physical activity, close attention to detail, and consistent use of proper cleaning methods. As a Custodial Worker 1, you will perform the following duties:Deep Cleaning: Clean resident rooms, common areas, offices, and other facility spaces to maintain sanitation standardsGeneral Cleaning: Mop, scrub, dust, polish, and sweep surfaces including floors, walls, fixtures, and furnitureRestroom Care: Clean and sanitize all restrooms and ensure supplies are restockedWaste Disposal: Empty waste containers and dispose of trash and recyclable materials properlyRoom Preparation: Organize and sanitize rooms before residents move in and assist with furniture moving when neededSafety Awareness: Report unsafe conditions, follow safety rules, and use protective equipment when requiredInterested in learning more?
