E.A. Sween is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Lewisville, TX. You will lead daily warehouse operations while managing staffing, productivity, food safety, employee performance, and team development. This is an active leadership position for someone who communicates clearly, holds people accountable, solves problems quickly, and knows how to build a dependable warehouse team. Sween’s values and safety expectations throughout the operation WHAT YOU NEED At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience Experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, or a similar operation Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage staffing, productivity, and performance expectations Proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong basic math skills Must be at least 21 years old Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 lbs. Ability to push/pull up to 300 lbs. using a dolly or drag hook Comfortable with frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching Must pass required physical examination, drug screen, and background check READY TO LEAD THE TEAM?
