Pay: $17.00-$19.00/hr based on location and client needs
Locations: Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Cottonwood, Sedona

Looking for steady, meaningful work as a caregiver in Prescott? At Home Instead , our in home caregivers help older adults live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

This is one-on-one care with consistent clients, reliable schedules, and a team that supports you every step of the way.

Pay & Benefits

$17.00–$19.00 per hour, paid weekly
Direct deposit
$700 caregiver referral bonus
Paid holidays at 1.5x your rate
Sick leave accrual and paid training
Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits (eligibility applies)
401(k) matching (eligibility applies)
Mileage reimbursement between same-day visits

*Apply and be hired by October 16, 2026, and be included in our performance bonus plan and earn up to $300 bonus (must meet visit frequency requirements; bonus will be paid out to Care Pros in good standing after 30, 60, and 90 days after eligible to work date). More details available upon hire.

What You’ll Do

Provide companionship and emotional support
Help with bathing, grooming, toileting, and personal care
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
Support daily routines and independence at home

Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s)
Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills
