Description:

Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is actively seeking a highly motivated, full-time Multimedia Specialist at Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, Montgomery, AL . This position supports CLDS instructional programs through multimedia production, website management, instructional content development, and digital learning support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop multimedia content for classroom and online learning environments.
• Create graphics, marketing materials, videos, interactive learning products, and digital publications.
• Develop and maintain CLDS websites and digital platforms.
• Produce and edit video content including audio integration and post-production.
• Evaluate existing learning materials and recommend improvements.
• Ensure instructional products comply with accessibility requirements and Section 508 standards.
• Support LMS and online learning technologies.
• Develop web and mobile-compatible multimedia products.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for faculty and staff.
• Collaborate with instructional personnel to align media products with course objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Information Technology, or related field.

OR

• Associate degree with four (4) years of relevant experience.

OR

• High school diploma/GED with five (5) years of relevant experience.
  
  
• Three (3) years of instructional design and content development experience.
  
  
• Three (3) years of professional multimedia production experience.
  
  
• Three (3) years of website or application development experience.
  
  
• Experience applying Section 508 accessibility principles.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting Department of Defense or federal training programs.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools and LMS platforms.
• Advanced video production and graphic design expertise.
• Experience supporting online and blended learning environments.
