Responsibilities Lead administrative tasks for the back office (ordering supplies, equipment maintenance, scheduling, etc.). Perform clinical duties and assist during dental procedures. Assist in dental implant surgeries. Use intra‑oral scanners as required. Provide excellent patient care, ensuring patients feel comfortable. Support team collaboration and lead as a senior assistant. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with proven senior capabilities. 4–5 years experience in general practice preferred. Experience assisting in implant surgery and use of intra‑oral scanners preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and leadership ability. Availability on some Saturdays. Compensation Competitive salary plus bonus structure.
