Quick Facts Location: 1324 5th Street North, New Ulm, MN 56073 Start Date: 09/14/2026 End Date/Duration: 12/14/2026 Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Day shift) Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Contract/Temporary Licenses/Certifications: Minnesota RN License Required, Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Experience: Prior hematology/oncology experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $124.12 Benefits: Competitive pay package Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team support throughout assignment What You’ll Do Manage outpatient hematology and oncology cases, including patients with solid tumors and blood cancers Collaborate closely with hematologist/oncologists, infusion teams, nurse navigators, and support staff Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide education Document care and interventions using Epic EMR Assist with coordinating patient care and follow-up Support patients of all ages across outpatient services, with inpatient collaboration as needed What You Need Required: Current Minnesota RN license (MN is not an NLC member) Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Board certification in specialty (hem/onc or related) Experience with oncology or hematology patients preferred Preferred: Prior outpatient oncology experience Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment About the Assignment Join a community-oriented hospital in New Ulm, MN, part of a prominent healthcare network offering comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology services.
