Job Summary

Radiation Therapist, RTT. The Radiation Therapist will support the oncology service line by delivering external beam radiation therapy treatments in an acute care setting. The role requires proficiency with radiation therapy equipment, treatment techniques, and clinical information systems.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Program; active ARRT (T) certification; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; at least 2 years of hands-on radiation therapy experience.
• Schedule: Day shifts consisting of 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week; various start times.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include providing external beam radiation therapy using 3D, IMRT, SBRT, SRS, and IGRT techniques. Required equipment and systems experience includes Varian TrueBeam, Varian Clinac IX, ARIA, and Eclipse. Experience with Accuray CyberKnife and Elekta Flexitron is also relevant. No weekends, holidays, or call are required. Teal scrubs are required.
