Pediatric Hospitalist Opportunity

Position: Pediatric Hospitalist

Schedule: 7-On/7-Off

Start Date: ASAP

Compensation: $250,000 - $400,000

About the Role

We are looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to join our well-established Pediatric Hospitalist team. This is a fantastic chance to engage in inpatient pediatrics and newborn care within a nurturing environment, all while benefiting from a desirable block schedule and a potential path to practice ownership.

Key Responsibilities

No outpatient clinic duties
Manage a Level II Nursery with over 1,000 annual deliveries
Receive weekday support from Nurse Practitioners
Utilize EPIC Electronic Medical Records
Access to an onsite Emergency Department and anesthesia services
Leverage pediatric specialty and telemedicine resources
Optional moonlighting opportunities for extra income
Eligibility for partnership after three years
