Salary: $84,000 - 124,000 per year Requirements:

• We prefer an associates or bachelors degree in healthcare, business, or information systems.
• We need 5–7 years of experience in a healthcare, business, or information systems environment.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• We prefer at least 2 years of project management experience or equivalent.
• We expect minimal guidance on day-to-day work and only general direction on more complex assignments.
• You should be able to develop new functionality with little to no direction and lead multidisciplinary teams through projects.
• You should regularly serve as a mentor or subject matter resource to peers.
• Functional oversight of team members, including input on performance and corrective actions, may be part of the role.
• You should be able to help set daily priorities, coordinate work assignments, and guide team members on non-routine or escalated issues.
• Strong healthcare knowledge and systems expertise are required.
• Excellent project management, written, and verbal communication skills are required.

• For Epic-focused work, proficiency in the assigned Epic module is required or certification must be obtained upon employment, and credentials must remain current through new-version training.
• Relevant certifications in the area of focus are preferred.

• We coach in a positive and constructive way that builds self-awareness.
• We produce design, configuration, and deliverables for executive leadership with no superior review.
• We manage large and sensitive projects or requests throughout the full project lifecycle.
• We assign tasks, provide oversight, and guide lower-level staff.
• We maintain documentation and stay informed on new features and functionality to improve efficiency.
• We keep expert-level knowledge of technologies relevant to our responsibilities.
• We work with application development and business process owners to design, develop, and maintain application components within policy and requirements.
