Job Details We are in need of a passionate, hard‑working, and experienced Personal Lines Sales Producer to assist with new business growth in a local office. We are a rapidly growing independent agency with over 65 locations in 17 states and access to more than 150 carriers, which equates to higher retention and close rates. Responsibilities Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients Selling Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella Insurance, and other personal lines products Respond to inquiries about product availability, features, and common sales objections Become familiar with products, services, and systems and participate in agency training Meet monthly sales quotas by following established processes Contribute to individual goals and agency success through new business, cross‑selling, and new initiatives Utilize multiple resources to ensure success (inbound/outbound calls, referral partners, marketing, social media, account management) Qualifications Property and Casualty insurance license required Sales experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Good operational computer skills, typing 45+ WPM (Microsoft Office, Internet browsers) Confident self‑starter who works well independently Strong problem‑solving capabilities Ability to multi‑task Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Supplemental benefits Uncapped commission opportunity Competitive base salary Training and development Paid time off (accumulates immediately) 401(k) with employer matching Paid holidays Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
