Home Care AideAddus HomeCare is hiring immediately for Home Care Aides. This rewarding, entry-level position provides consistent, flexible full time/part time hours to accommodate your personal needs, while providing a great career with a growing, innovative industry leader.Home Care Aides starting wage is $18.75/HR plus travel reimbursement. Apply today and learn more about our current opportunities.Caregiver Benefits:Competitive pay - $18.75/HRDAILY PAY available for select positions!Flexible schedule - full time and part time availableDirect depositCaregiver Responsibilities:Assist with personal careProvide occasional house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparationTransport clients to appointments and daily errandsCaregiver Qualifications:Able to pass a criminal background checkMust have a H.S. Diploma or G.E.DReliable transportation.Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized2 references (1 professional, 1 personal)Eligible employees and their dependents will be offered health insurance coverage through The SEIU Healthcare Illinois Home Care and Child Care Fund (the "Fund") including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits. Employees are also eligible to enroll in employer sponsored retirement plan after 6 months of service (21 years of age). Accrued paid time off (up to 75 hours per year based on tenure), as well as paid holidays (see holiday schedule) for employees who have worked at least 1 year with company, and work 30 hours per week.Holiday Schedule:New Year's DayMemorial DayJuly FourthLabor DayThanksgivingChristmasMartin Luther King Day or Floating HolidayWe may text you during the hiring process.
