RN Registered Nurse Supervisor
Job Summary:

As a Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals and oversee day-to-day nursing activities during assigned shifts. Responsibilities:
Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure coordinated, quality resident care, including review and updates of care plans
Assess residents upon admission and periodically as their condition changes
Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident status and identify needs
Provide or assist with direct resident care when necessary, including activities of daily living, meal support, medication and treatment administration, and participation in leisure activities as appropriate
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
Current RN license in the state of employment
Peripheral IV certification
CPR/BLS certification
Strong understanding of nursing practices, medical procedures, and regulatory requirements related to nursing care centers
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages helpful
