Direct Support Professional (DSP) - First Resources Corp. Residential & Hourly Services Location: Oskaloosa, IA Employment Type: Part-Time Schedule PT Hourly (20-25 hours per week) Monday-Friday 10am-5pm PT Residential (16-24 hours per week) Monday/Friday, Saturday/Sunday 10pm-6am (overnights- sleep shifts) Empower Independence. In this role, you'll support individuals with disabilities in achieving greater independence and community integration by assisting with daily living skills, personal goals, and meaningful activities. What You’ll Do Assist individuals with daily living tasks such as hygiene, cooking, cleaning, and errands. Support clients in achieving personal goals and participating in community activities. Provide transportation to appointments and events. Follow and document progress on Person-Centered Service Plans (PCSPs). Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members. What You’ll Need High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance. Flexibility to work varied shifts and fill in as needed.
