Bartender

Ferch's Crafthouse Grille in Wauwatosa is looking for 1-2 bartenders to join our team! Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, engaged, and a team player! Passion for craft beer is a plus, experience is preferred but not required, willingness to learn, have fun, and make money is our goal! We are located at 418 N. Mayfair Rd. Responsibilities Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages Change kegs/stock bottles Has menu knowledge and is able to explain to customers all food/drink Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Pour draft/bottle beers properly Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock bar inventory and supplies Maintains a clean/cleans work space during shift Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Qualifications Proven working experience in a restaurant/sales/customer service job Excellent knowledge of beer/serving drinks/food safety Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean while maintaining guest experience Ability to lift up to 20lbs Reliable transportation We are looking forward to receiving your application.
