Eligibility & Requirements: Completion of an accredited nursing program. Able to apply 3 months prior to graduation New graduate nurses and RNs with less than 6 months of hospital (acute care) experience. Active Florida RN license or Multi‑State RN license through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact or NCLEX Authorization to Test (ATT). Active American Heart Association CPR/BLS – Healthcare Provider card. Can receive certification during orientation. Work Hours/Shift: Full Time; Days, nights available WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY Application Process: Submit your application and updated resume to the NRP application cohort corresponding to your graduation. You will be contacted by the Office of Nursing Engagement regarding units of interest. Conduct in‑person interviews with units of interest and nursing leadership. Receive an offer over the phone.
