Registered Nurse Medical Surgical Telemetry

The Registered Nurse (RN) in this role provides care on a Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit, offering continuous non-invasive monitoring for a diverse patient population, including cardiac, neurologic, respiratory, and post-procedure cases. They work within a team-nursing model with a typical RN-to-patient ratio of 1:5 , assisting with admissions, medication passes, and resource needs to ensure high-quality, safe patient care. Key responsibilities include collaborating with physicians and team members to develop and implement personalized care plans, using evidence-based practices and compassionate communication. Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited nursing program , with at least one year of acute nursing experience . A current RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required.
