We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey!ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute enterprise-level seller governance and enforcement programs to ensure compliance with platform policies, intellectual property protections, marketplace standards, and regulatory requirements.Oversee high-impact investigations into systemic fraud, abuse, policy circumvention, and emerging seller risk behaviors by applying structured investigative methodologies, root cause analysis, and pattern recognition techniques.Develop scalable intelligence frameworks to identify recurring risk signals, detect anomalous seller behavior, and mitigate vulnerabilities within the e-commerce ecosystem.Work on cross-functional governance initiatives in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, IPR, Operations, and Service teams to refine policies, enhance automated detection systems, and strengthen compliance infrastructure.Evaluate compliance gaps and operational inefficiencies, recommending and implementing solutions to improve enforcement and marketplace integrity.Perform data analysis and devise results-oriented strategies, proactively identifying compliance with, or violations of, company policies, and engaging in critical, high-impact, quick-turn investigations.Provide strategic project roadmap management to ensure seamless collaboration between internal technical team and business stakeholders.Mentor junior-level team members.QualificationsMust have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, employer will accept an additional two years of related work experience.Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in the following:Project management, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven business strategies;Managing project or program risk and issues related to meeting deadlines, project schedule, resourcing, or budget by identifying, communicating, and triaging resolutions;Analyzing data, building and maintaining datasets, and creating dashboards for product or project planning;Developing graphical and visual representations of data using Excel or Tableau;Interfacing directly with business leaders and stakeholders to present product or project documents, including strategy, timeline, and status documents; andIdentifying opportunities to improve security or privacy compliance processes and systems.Travel Requirement: International travel required up to 5%.Employer: TT Commerce & Global Services LLCType: Full time, 40 hours/weekLocation: Bellevue, WASalary Range: $180003 - $198360 per yearTo Apply, click the apply button below.
