About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Enterprise Applications to take the lead in defining and executing the strategy, governance, and performance of its enterprise application platforms. This includes a focus on core banking, batch processing, application lifecycle management, integration, and automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of stable, scalable, and secure systems that underpin business growth, operational efficiency, and a seamless member experience. Key accountabilities for the role include application management, platform modernization, and aligning technology with organizational objectives through effective governance, integration, and automation. The SVP will also be the executive owner of application performance, reliability, and value delivery, with a strong emphasis on compliance with regulatory requirements. Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Applications position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in leading enterprise applications within a credit union or banking environment. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is required. The role demands a leader who can ensure the stability and security of the systems, drive operational efficiency, and enhance the member experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in application management, platform modernization, and a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape, including the Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, and Office of Foreign Assets Control.
