As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent service, and ensuring a clean and organized bar area. This role requires strong multitasking abilities and a keen understanding of food and beverage safety standards. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- Engage with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Assist in catering events or banquets as required, providing exceptional service to guests
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and payment transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items
- Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or similar environment is preferred
- Knowledge of sales techniques to promote drink specials and increase revenue
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety standards is essential
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively
- Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus
