About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Program Management to lead the operational execution of its development programs, with a focus on late-stage development. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning integrated program management across the development portfolio, driving the evolution of program management capabilities, and building and maintaining comprehensive project plans. The Vice President will also be instrumental in ensuring cross-functional team alignment, proactively identifying and managing risks, and supporting the COO in shaping late-stage development strategy. Applicants for the Vice President, Program Management position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in biotech or pharma, with a significant focus on program management in clinical-stage organizations. The role demands a candidate with deep operational knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to operate at both a strategic and detailed level.
