What You’ll Be DoingAs a Seasonal Floral Designer, you’ll play a key role in creating stunning floral arrangements and supporting our operations during the busiest time of the year. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing floral arrangements that align with our brand’s style and quality standards.
- Preparing flowers, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Assisting with weddings, events, and daily deliveries.
- Collaborating with fellow designers and leadership to ensure smooth workflow and production.
We’re seeking someone with an eye for design and a passion for creating beautiful work. Here’s what we’d love to see:
- At least 1 year of experience in floral design or strong foundational skills in the craft.
- The ability to follow design recipes and meet production timelines efficiently.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow.
This position starts as a seasonal role , but there’s potential for it to transition into a full-time opportunity based on shop capacity and your performance. If you’re looking for a role with growth potential, this could be the perfect fit for you!
