Job Title: Personal Care Assistant • Home Health Aide • Certified Nursing Assistant • In-Home Caregiver About Us: Altra Homecare Group is committed to a collaborative approach in delivering tailored care experiences that satisfies each client's specific needs. What We're Looking For: Altra Homecare Group is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers, independent individuals to join our team as a PCA, HHA, CNA, In-Home Caregiver or those with no prior experience. As a professional caregiver, you will be responsible for critical key personal care services curated to meet the specific needs of our clients. In-Home Caregiver Responsibilities: Assist with client laundry as needed Provide medication reminders Ensure client safety Report significant changes in the client's condition directly to their supervisor Prepare light meals and assist with client feeding when required Monitor and record client temperature Assist client's with ambulation Conduct range of motion exercises and other simple physical activities Maintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to care protocols Follow privacy policies and infection control guidelines Offer bathing assistance Perform light housekeeping Provide companion services, including letter-writing and reading In-Home Caregiver Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older Possess a valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care provided Comply with training requirements as per State and Federal laws In-Home Caregiver Benefits: Comprehensive health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Competitive weekly pay ($14 - $17/hr.)
