Registered Nurse (RN) Dialysis
A Dialysis Registered Nurse cares for patients with kidney disorders requiring hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis. This position demands close monitoring of fluid balances, blood pressure, and dialysis equipment to ensure safe and effective treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare dialysis machines and verify proper settings before initiating therapy.
- Monitor vital signs and patient well-being throughout dialysis sessions.
- Educate patients about kidney disease management and dietary restrictions.
- Maintain accurate records of fluid removal, medications, and patient responses.
- Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols.
