Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.What You'll DoEngage fans and guests at various indoor and outdoor venues in the valley including but not limited to, festivals, hotels, concerts, and partner events.Book appointments to preview resorts and actively engage in face-to-face package sales and vacation package promotion.Represent the brand with confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism.Start conversations that feel authentic—not scripted or transactional.Qualify interest and capture guest information accurately.Promote event-specific offers, incentives, and travel experiences.Work closely with event leadership to ensure smooth on-site execution.Maintain brand standards, setup, and presentation throughout the activation.Review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.What We're Looking ForHigh energy, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.Comfortable approaching and engaging people in busy, live environments.Passion for sports, entertainment, travel, or hospitality.Ability to quickly read guests and adapt conversations in real time.Ability to work in and around the valley.Reliable, punctual, and professional.Comfortable working nights, weekends, and event schedules.Sales, hospitality, promotions, or brand ambassador experience a plus (not required)This role is ideal for individuals who love live events, enjoy connecting with people, and want to be part of a high-profile travel brand. You'll gain hands-on experience in experiential marketing while earning performance-based incentives and building valuable industry exposure.During the initial training period, the hourly wage is $18.90 plus commissions and bonuses. After the initial training period, the compensation is the state's minimum wage per hour plus commissions and bonuses. The target annual compensation for this role is $75,000 comprised of hourly rate, commissions and bonuses. Top performers may earn up to $118,000+ for exceeding minimum production requirements.
