The opportunity as Product Manager As Product Manager, your primary role is to enhance customer experience. You will collaborate with the Head of Product & Ops to scale our systems and improve our software. Your focus will be on building software & systems for our patients. Key Responsibilities The Customer: You will prioritize customer feedback and insights. Strategy: Define the vision and goals for your product based on customer insights. Prioritizing: Convert insights into actionable tickets based on impact & effort. Design: Collaborate with our Designer for wireframing, prototyping, and testing. Ship: Lead the product from idea to launch, ensuring timely delivery. Data: Work with our Analyst to track KPIs and validate hypotheses. Workflows: Improve workflows by understanding systems and optimizing processes. Need to Have Experience: 4+ years in a product role, preferably in a high-growth startup. Customer obsession: Focus on quality execution for customers. Strategic: Ability to balance detailed execution with high-level strategy. Design: Comfortable with design principles to collaborate effectively. Shipping: Proven ability to lead product from ideation to launch. Metrics: Focused on metrics and KPIs. Systems: Thinks in systems to address underlying issues. Excellence: Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects. Nice to Have Agentic: A doer who excels in new areas.
