Shift Manager

Requirements Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning shifts, monitoring performance, maintaining standards, monitoring safety and security, profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager, meeting targets, and helping departments meet goals.
