Medical Front Desk Specialist

At Medicus Spine & Joint, the front desk is more than answering phones and checking patients in. This role is critical to the patient experience, clinic organization, and daily operational success of the practice. We are looking for someone energetic, hospitable, detail-oriented, and dependable — someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment while handling responsibilities with professionalism, urgency, and accuracy. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, solutions-focused, highly organized, and understands that every interaction matters.
