General Production Worker

Mold Setter / Production Technician Join a growing manufacturing team! We're looking for mechanically inclined individuals to set up and change molds, keep equipment running efficiently, and help produce high-quality parts in a fast-paced production environment. What You'll Do Change and install molds on production equipment Set up machines for production runs Make machine adjustments to maintain quality standards Perform basic preventive maintenance and troubleshooting Inspect parts and complete production documentation Follow all safety procedures, including LOTO Operate or learn to operate forklifts and cranes What We're Looking For Manufacturing or mechanical experience preferred Comfortable using hand tools Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift Experience with mold setting, machine setup, maintenance, or production equipment is a plus Why Apply?
