Foreman & Journeyman Electricians needed for various commercial new construction projects near Baxter, Tennessee area.

Foreman duties: Daily responsibilities will include working your tools, conducting jobsite safety meetings, managing jobsite materials and equipment, assigning work activities, supervising and leading crews of 2 up to 12 electricians while overseeing production to ensure all work is completed on schedule. Duties will include working your tools everyday, installing EMT, PVC, and Rigid conduit, pulling wire, making terminations, installing panels, receptacles, switches, transformers, and fixtures. You must be able to read, interpret, and layout from prints. Must have excellent communication skills to coordinate with GC’s, Project Managers, Superintendents, Inspectors, and other trades.

Journeyman duties: Daily responsibilities include all basic electrical installations on wide array of commercial projects. Duties will include installing EMT, PVC, and Rigid conduit, pulling wire, making terminations, installing panels, receptacles, switches, transformers, and fixtures. You must be able to read and layout from prints. You must have good communication skills, be able to take directions, and work independently.

You must have basic hand tools of the trade. You may be required to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check upon arrival.

Pay: Foreman up to $40/hr, Journeyman up to $35/hr

Per Diem: None

Duration: Temp to perm
