Catering Server

Catering Servers with Culinary Collective play an essential role in executing professional, seamless events across a portfolio of local restaurant brands and venues. This position supports catering and events in partnership with Pepperoni Grill, Rendezvous Pizza, Texlahoma BBQ, S&B Burger Joint, Skyline on Bricktown Canal, and Urban Table.

Catering Servers assist with both full-service events and catered deliveries, ensuring food is presented beautifully, guests receive attentive service, and events run smoothly from setup through breakdown. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced event environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with loading, transporting, and setting up catering equipment, food, and supplies
• Set up buffets, food stations, beverage service, and dining areas according to event plans
• Provide attentive, professional service during full-service catered events
• Serve food and beverages while maintaining proper presentation and timing
• Monitor and maintain buffet stations, keeping food replenished and areas clean
• Deliver and properly set up catered food for delivery-style events when assigned
• Ensure all food is handled according to health and safety standards
• Communicate clearly with event leads, kitchen staff, and fellow team members
• Maintain a clean and organized service area throughout the event
• Assist with breakdown, packing equipment, and returning items after events

Teamwork & Professionalism

• Represent Culinary Collective and partner brands with professionalism at all times
• Work collaboratively with chefs, managers, and fellow service staff to execute successful events
• Maintain a positive attitude and adaptability during busy or changing event environments
• Provide friendly, polished guest interactions while maintaining efficient service

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, catering, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to event needs
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Reliable transportation to event locations

Schedule

• Events may include evenings, weekends, and occasional daytime shifts
• Hours vary based on catering and event bookings
