Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

• $36.00 per hour (Weekly Pay)

Shift:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime and weekends required based on business needs)
• Position Type: 1-year Contract

What's a typical day as a Team Lead? You'll be:

• Leading the development and execution of departmental plans to achieve goals in safety, quality, schedule, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Supervising production, maintenance, and warehouse employees in operations involving semi-skilled to unskilled staff.
• Acting as the first-line liaison between production employees and management to ensure company objectives and interests are met.
• Investigating, analyzing, and resolving system, part, personnel, or process issues to improve overall performance and reduce costs.
• Administering employee policies, practices, and work rules for the unit.
• Monitoring individual and line performance, taking corrective actions as needed, and addressing employee concerns.
• Collaborating with the Safety Team to meet company standards and strictly enforce safety regulations.
• Planning equipment and facility maintenance to maximize uptime and asset utilization.
• Managing and controlling costs to ensure operations remain within departmental budget targets.
• Fostering an environment of strong communication, feedback, and guidance.
• Ensuring personnel have appropriate training, clear work instructions, and the tools needed to perform their jobs effectively.
• Directing and implementing departmental continuous improvement plans and activities.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Bring proven supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Have a 4-year degree with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing (or a high school diploma/equivalent with strong relevant supervisory experience).
• Possess solid computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Have the flexibility to work overtime and weekends as business needs require.
